Michael Kovary is the founder and visionary behind AMS Mortgage Services, establishing the company in 1992 with a clear mission: to build a mortgage brokerage rooted in integrity, expertise, and long-term relationships.
With more than 34 years of experience as a broker-owner and mortgage industry leader, Michael has been the guiding hand behind AMS from day one, shaping it into the trusted, full-service brokerage it is today.
From its earliest days, Michael focused on creating a firm that empowered loan officers, supported clients through every stage of homeownership, and adapted alongside a constantly evolving lending landscape.
In recognition of his lifelong contributions to the industry, Michael was honored with the Lifetime Achievement in Mortgage Services Award at the 2025 Residential RED Awards in New York City.
